Efficient, leak-tight welding: cooling plates with multifocus technology

Welding cooling plates - made possible by our innovative multifocus technology - offers numerous advantages: guaranteed tightness, increased efficiency in production and precise welding results. Discover a new dimension in welding for cooling components that not only meets your expectations, but also optimizes your production processes. 

Welding of wire on PCB flat module: Cool & precise

The 3 kW green laser beam source in combination with newly developed 100 µm fibre diameters enables targeted heat input for the demanding welding process of wires on thermally sensitive substrates such as printed circuit boards. The positioning before each welding process and the weld seam quality after the welding process are checked using the AI-supported VisionLine QC. The laser welding process can be therefore used as a new joining process for wires or strands on flat assemblies.

Cleaning “On-the-fly”: Faster than static cleaning

Cleaning on-the-fly offers highly productive and precise laser cleaning with efficient laser utilization. At INTECH, we will be using cylindrical battery cells to show you how a scanner optic in conjunction with an axis system is guided over the workpiece and selectively cleans the poles of the batteries. You can also use on-the-fly cleaning with a robotic solution for processing larger components.
