Part quality plays a particularly important role for stainless steel parts. Scratches or contact corrosion can easily occur when unloading parts.

With its belt prongs, the unloading rake ensures that the parts are deposited gently. This is because it prevents relative movement between the good part and the rake arms - and thus scratches on the finished part. It also ensures precise unloading and prevents good parts from slipping under the scrap skeleton or finished panels from fanning out.
