Thin sheets, especially oiled sheets, often stick together when they are peeled off the sheet stack. As a result, incorrect loads disrupt the process. 

In three steps, the ingenious mechanism for separating thin sheets avoids loading double sheets. Firstly, a fanning magnet supports the fanning of the topmost sheet on the raw material stack. Secondly, there is a compressed air blast from the air nozzle. Thirdly, a thin sheet peeler suction cup takes over the actual separation of the top sheet.
