The TruLaser Cell 5030 is the perfect match for the TRUMPF TruDisk solid state laser. Thanks to its outstanding beam quality, the solid-state laser is ideally suited to the typical cutting applications of the TruLaser Cell. The magnetic coupling minimizes mechanical damage to the machine, and you can continue working quickly and precisely in the event of a collision, without the need for a service technician. The X-Blast technology, which ensures a greater distance between the nozzle and the sheet metal, offers exceptional process reliability together with credible quality when processing 3D components.

Low-cost production

With the new 3D laser cutting machine from TRUMPF, you can reduce the hourly operating cost by up to 20% compared to hybrid and sheet-mover machines. The energy-efficient, low-maintenance TruDisk laser enables significant improvements in energy efficiency during production, without compromising on cutting speed and therefore productivity. What's more, the TruLaser Cell 5030 fits within the width of a typical hybrid system and therefore saves a third of the space that was previously required.

Process flexibility

The 2-in-1 LLK developed for operation with solid-state lasers makes welding and cutting possible with only one laser light cable. To switch between the two processes, you simply need to change the processing optics and the system control adapts automatically to the laser beam. Not only do you achieve the best processing results, but your system is also easier to operate and can be used for significantly more applications.

TruTops Cell

TruTops Cell provides you with everything you need for the convenient programming of your 3D laser processing – no matter whether this is the programming of laser cutting, laser welding, or laser metal deposition programs. It loads 3D CAD data via numerous interfaces, and corrects it if required. The system automatically creates cutting suggestions in all three dimensions. It also automatically suggests devices.

FocusLine

FocusLine enables the program-controlled setting of the focal position depending on the type of material and the material thickness. The position is adjusted using a mirror subject to air pressure, influencing the curvature of its surface.

Smart Optics Setup

Smart Optics Setup is a fixture attached to the machine base unit which cuts test sheets and readjusts the machine. Implementation is even easier due to standardized macros, saving time and money.

Extended range of travel

As an option, the working range of the basic machine can be increased by 300 mm to the right. This improves the usable 3D working range and access to the machine from the front when loading and unloading large components.

TruTops Cell Shopfloor

TruTops Cell Shopfloor enables you to adjust programs more easily, more quickly, and more reliably directly at the machine. Navigating within the NC program is incredibly simple, as the contour to be changed with the corresponding NC text can be selected by a simple click of the mouse. All changes made are visualized immediately and ensure unprecedented reliability when working in the program.

BrightLine Weld

Benefit from virtually spatter-free laser welding and top welding seam quality with the BrightLine Weld option. You have the choice – increase your productivity considerably due to significantly increased feed rates, or reduce your energy costs by up to 40%. In doing so, you can reduce your machine downtimes and operating costs, as post-processing is reduced.

VisionLine

The intuitively operated image processing system VisionLine automatically detects geometric features on the component, such as joint gaps or edges. It corrects the NC processing program as required. This provides you with maximized process reliability, increased quality for your components, and savings in terms of time and costs.

Rotary axis

Due to the rotary axis, rotationally symmetrical parts can also be processed. The additional axis can be mounted both horizontally and vertically on the work table. An end support is available to help process longer tubes and profiles.

Movable tables

The tables can be moved manually for easy loading and unloading of large components outside of the work area.

Digital connection and integration for smart solutions

Seamless integration of multiple TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.
