Productive processing, smooth processes

The TruLaser 5030 fiber, TruLaser 5040 fiber, and TruLaser 5060 fiber impress with their high processing speed and reproducible, high part quality – even for complex contours. You can achieve excellent feed rates thanks to the solid-state laser with up to 24 kW laser power. Clever assistant systems make the complete machining process more productive and reliable than ever. Operator involvement is low; non-productive times are minimal.

Minimal part costs

High machine dynamics, even for complex contours, due to powerful drives and dynamic axis motions.

Maximum laser power and minimal rejects

With an output of 24 kW, the TruDisk 24001 cuts up to three times faster and especially process-reliably with Active Speed Control

The best results without compromise

BrightLine fiber facilitates excellent part quality and seamless part removal.

Highspeed and Highspeed Eco

A new nozzle design reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 70% – for double the sheet throughput.

Full power of the laser on the sheet metal

Utilize the full power of the laser: our machines are designed so that every single kW hits the sheet. This means that not only do you achieve high feed rates, but you are also able to process the workpiece productively.

Perfect nozzle quality

Smart nozzle automation ensures a high quality of nozzle – even in fully automatic operation. The nozzle changer can be pulled out while the machine is cutting and be set up parallel to production.

Simple operation

The multi-award-winning Touchpoint HMI enables you to operate the machine much faster and more intuitively, with the same excellent performance.

Cut oversized sheets

Quickly and easily machine sheet metal measuring 6 x 2 m.

Intricate cutting even in thick mild steel

With the CoolLine function, you can even create fine contours in thick mild steel.

Utilize the full power of the laser

Imagine that you are driving a car with 400 hp – but your car just cannot convert the engine's capacity onto the road. Our machines are designed so that the full power of the laser really hits the sheet metal to prevent you from having that problem with laser cutting. TRUMPF will provide the perfectly coordinated overall package comprising the machine, laser power, and functions. Fully utilize laser power of up to 24 kW on the workpiece – this gives you the best results even with difficult parts.

Process-reliable laser cutting

In comparison to microjoints, nanojoints only fix the component to the scrap skeleton via a small stop point at the bottom end of the kerf. This leads to process-reliable machining of the sheets as it prevents the components from tilting. Damage to contours is only minimal and it is easier to release your components from the scrap skeleton. Your nesting can be tighter, you utilize your resources more efficiently, and benefit from higher productivity.

A comparison of nanojoints and microjoints

Nanojoints make process-reliable and resource-efficient machining of your components possible: higher productivity, better part quality and simpler part removal thanks to minimal fixing in the scrap skeleton. In many cases, no reworking is necessary. Your orders can be processed highly productively – independent of the component geometry.
In comparison, microjoints fix the component in the scrap skeleton with a tab across the entire sheet thickness. Even though the procedure is also reliable when processing your orders with microjoints, the visible damage to contours usually requires time-intensive manual post-processing of the components. Part removal is more complex with thin sheet thicknesses, with mid-range sheet thicknesses it is almost impossible.

Part Station

The Part Station is an efficient solution for sorting sheet metal parts. In combination with the Part Separator and by using micro or nanojoints, the parts can be separated from the sheet metal without causing scratches, and time savings of up to 80% can be achieved. The Part Station sorts the loosened parts into different boxes based on the purchase order. Mobile and flexible use of the Part Station in the production hall is made possible by the integrated wheels.
