Order overview and tracking – here's how
Fast overview and targeted display of orders due to the intelligent filtering logic
On the "My orders" overview page, you are shown all orders unfiltered. In the blink of an eye, thanks to the intelligent reload function. Use the individual filters to search for orders in a targeted manner. Here you can use the date or other filtering criteria, such as machines, status, or type of receipt.
Direct search using order number
If you have your order number on hand and would like to search for an order in a targeted manner, you can easily do this using the Find order function.
Sorted quickly for the optimum overview
Sort your orders by the desired criteria, such as by order number, order status, date, type of receipt, number of items, order total, or machine. To do so, just click on the arrow next to the desired criterion.
View the details in just one click
If you would like to see further details of an order, simply click the arrow on the right on the desired order.
All the order details at a glance
You can see all the important details of an order on the top of the order detail page. For example: who placed the order, the delivery and invoice address, customer number or even the order value.
Tracking your parcel with shipment tracking
You would like to know where your parcel currently is, or if it has already been delivered? We provide tracking of your parcels for numerous shipping providers. Simply click on the Tracking link to navigate directly to the shipping provider.
Download items and invoices with ease
Using the order details, you can view your ordered items and deliveries as well as download your invoice for completed orders.
Reorder past orders
You can order past orders again in just a few clicks by accessing your order history. You can also adjust the individual items in a past order: For example, change the quantity or delete certain items completely. You can then place your new order directly in the shopping cart of the TRUMPF E-Shop.
