Perfect cuts straight away

With the TruTool TPC 165 panel cutter, you can cut sandwich panels up to a thickness of 6.5 in. The blade insertion mechanism enables the production of accurate, perpendicular interior cutouts and notches. In one operation. The machine is ready for operation without presettings. Simply select the correct blade position and begin cutting. The TruTool TPC 165 can cut panels regardless of whether the surface is flat, trapezoidal, or corrugated.

Integrated chain lubrication

No heating up of the chain. The automatic lubrication ensures a constant cut quality together with a long tool life.

Corrugated sandwich panels

Perpendicular cuts

By securing the blade, it is possible to set a cutting depth that corresponds to the cutting task. There are 13 positions to choose from, ranging from 0° to 90°. This results in a precise and even cutting depth without the need for rework. This even includes cutting tasks where the lower sheet side must not be cut through.

Unique

With the TruTool TPC 165, you can produce precise interior cutouts and notches effortlessly. This is possible in one press operation without the need to turn the panels. Clearly visible cutting markings ensure accurate cuts all along the cutting line. Additional table markings on the machine provide useful reference points for the blade insertion position.

Simple tool change

Replacing the chain and blade is quick and simple: Remove the protective cover, lift the saw chain with the blade out of the chain wheel, insert a new saw chain, and tighten. It is helpful and valuable to have the right combination wrench, kept in the machine and close at hand.
