Productivity squared

The TruPrint 2000 stands for the highest quality, robust processes and high productivity. With a build volume of 200 x 200 mm base and a height of 200 mm, it offers the perfect solution. Thanks to the extended build volume and the new basic spot configuration with 80 µm, the TruPrint 2000 is the perfect system for the tool industry as well as for applications in the dental, medical or general industry.

For example, up to 36% more RPDs (Removable Partial Dentures) can be placed on the square build plate than on a round build plate with a diameter of 200 mm. With the 80 µm spot full-field multilaser, users also benefit from our new dental parameters, which allow them to print up to 30 RPDs in around 4 hours.

Easy nesting

Thanks to the square base and building board fastening on the underside, components can be easily arranged - right into the corners.

Highly productive printing in premium quality

The 500 W laser power and the 80 µm beam diameter with the multilaser option deliver excellent, highly productive results.

A square fits better

The TruPrint 2000 offers you design freedom in a 200 x 200 x 200 mm build volume. The optimized optical structure enables high quality even in the corners of the building board - and without any annoying screws on the building board.
In the dental industry, 36% more RPDs can be fit onto the same plate compared to a round plate. Tool and mold making also benefits from the increased machine surface area and laser power.

TruPrint 2000 with powder preparation station

The inert machine concept of the TruPrint 2000 with powder preparation station, provides extremely easy powder and parts handling under shielding gas. This is how the printed component is inertly unpacked directly in the machine with the integrated powder feeder. The excess powder is collected in the overflow bin. This is placed in the powder preparation station, to sieve the powder for reuse into the supply cylinder, under shielding gas. The powder circuit closes so the user does not come into contact with the powder.

Integrated powder feeder

After the LMF process, the finished component separates from the powder within the process chamber with the integrated powder feeder. The square substrate plate size of 200 x 200 mm in diameter allows for simple and practical handling inside the machine. With this, the necessary periphery is limited to a minimum: industrial powder management with the powder preparation station.

Fullfield multilaser

The full-field multilaser (2 x 300 W, optionally 2 x 500 W) enables exposure of all lasers in the entire build volume, which reduces production times per component. To achieve maximum precision, calibration of the multi-laser scan fields is performed fully automatically.

Motorized optics

Easily switch between a 55 and 80 µm beam diameter in the powder bed to prioritize between high energy density (55 µm) or higher productivity (80 µm). This enables you to process materials that require higher energy density, such as highly reflective materials.

Powder Bed Monitoring with automatic re-coating function

You can automatically monitor the powder bed via an integrated camera in the TruPrint component chamber and the automatic image processing function. This means that you have a constant overview of the state of the component and can analyze the quality parameters layer-by-layer. If there is not enough powder, the coating is automatically repeated.
