TRUMPF High Speed VCSELs enable reliable data transmission at low power input. A circular beam profile with a small angle of divergence enables high coupling efficiency in optical fibers. The product portfolio includes both single emitters and VCSEL arrays for data rates up to 112 Gbps.

100G High speed VCSEL with 850 nm

14G, 25G and 56G are high-speed VCSELs for higher data rates. They are professional solutions for highly demanding applications in data centers and high-performance computing centers.

10G High speed VCSEL with 850 nm

The 10G VCSEL is the ideal solution for low-cost applications in the consumer datacom sector, making it particularly suitable for high-volume production of optical connections up to 10 Gbps at 850 nm.

The 5G VCSEL is designed for data rates up to 5 Gbps at 850 nm and guarantees top performance, efficiency and reliability.
