Unbeatable and powerful

The TruTool C 250 provides unmatchable performance. It cuts sheet thicknesses of 0.1 in. in mild steel and 0.06 in. in stainless steel. It offers a unique added benefit in the form of the integrated chip clipper, which can be operated with one hand. This enables you to cut chips with one hand at any time and pull the machine out of the workpiece. The easily visible marks on the cutting head mean that you can re-position the machine accurately at any time. The TruTool C 250 offers an impressive top cutting speed of up to 10 feet per minute.

Outstanding service life

We offer 5 different cutters: The CR cutter is ideal for processing stainless steel. The curve cutter cuts with excellent contouring. The spiral cutter is ideal for spiral ducts and cuts even sheet thicknesses of up to 0.14 in. quickly. There are two different cutters for straight cuts: one cutter for processing thin sheets of up to 0.06 in. and one for use in sheet thicknesses of 0.06 - 0.01 in.

Flat sheet

For cutting and trimming flat sheets. For radial and interior cutouts as well as notches.

Profiles

For cutting C-L-U profiles and longitudinal cuts in profile sheets.

Spiral ducts

For cutting spiral ducts. For sheet thicknesses in mild steel of 4 x 0.035 in. or 6 x 0.024 in. and 4 x 0.024 in. in stainless steel.

Tubes

For cutting tubes.

Coil processing

For cutting coils. For relief cuts and sampling.

Diamond plate

For cutting diamond plate. For radial and interior cutouts.

Corrugated sheet metal
