The TruTool C 200 18V LiHD rechargeable battery features an open cutting head. This allows you to pull the machine out of the sheet easily. A chip clipper is not necessary. The steel cutting head is powerful and robust. You can achieve an extraordinary amount of power when cutting spiral ducts. The tool set used for spiral ducts, which consists of toothed cutting blades and a robust SC cutter, is capable of fold thicknesses of up to 3.6 mm with mild steel and enables both longitudinal sections and cross-sections. To broaden the range of applications, we have 5 further sets. This enables you to place the focus on cutting quality, speed, performance on curves, or the material. The 4.0 Ah / 18V LiHD rechargeable battery also ensures long runtimes.

Battery technology

LiHD rechargeable battery technology means more power, service life and runtime. It charges reliably using process-controlled charging and discharging management. The cells are protected by minimal temperature build-up and permanent electronic single cell protection (ESCP), even when used over very long periods. The result: high-quality materials and intelligent battery management combined with brushless motors and power-head technology mean longer runtimes. The rechargeable battery pack's outer rubber coating also provides secure and non-slip stability as well as impact protection.

The perfect solution for every application

We offer you six different sets, consisting of cutting blades and cutters: The Set Spiro is perfect for cutting spiral ducts and can even cut sheet thicknesses of up to 3.6 mm for a short period in this area. The Set HighSpeed enables you to process sheet thicknesses of 1.5 – 2 mm. The focus here is on speed, with a slightly reduced cutting quality. If you are cutting visible edges, we recommend the Set HighQuality for 1.5 – 2 mm or the Set ThinSheet for up to 1.5 mm. Use the Set CR if the focus is on processing stainless steel, and the Set Curves for tight curves and radii from R 45 / L 80.

Power-Head Technology

The light metal gear head's ingenious design is specially adapted to the low voltage battery technology. Decoupling the motor pinion from the motor minimizes energy loss and ensures even higher performance per battery charge.

Brushless motor

The powerful BL motor generates higher torques than conventional motors, requires less power and generates hardly any heat. This positively affects battery performance and means you get the maximum from every battery charge. A further advantage is the practically limitless service life of a BL motor due to the absence of carbon brushes and therefore no mechanical wear. This means almost wear-free and maintenance-free motors.

Compact and powerful

The 18V rechargeable battery tool has a lightweight design enabling fatigue-free working. The soft grip ensures safe and low-vibration working. All TRUMPF rechargeable battery tools are also available as stand-alone versions, i.e. without rechargeable batteries and recharger. If you already have CAS batteries available, you then have the option to save on resources and cut costs.

Optimal working speed

You can use the speed controller to adjust the working speed to suit the individual cutting task. It is extremely efficient if you work in accordance with the predefined cutting lines or a template. It is also well-suited to frequent processing of radii and stainless steel. The electronic overload protection offers yet another notable benefit.

Perfectly combined

With the TruTool C 200, both the cutters and the cutting blades are adapted to the respective application. The toothed cutting blade achieves an automatic feed and reduces the feed force. This results in exceptionally high working speeds and simple processing of double sheets. With the standard cutting blade, the cutting quality takes precedence over the cutting speed. The CR cutting blade is used to process stainless steel. We offer the different cutting blades with matching cutters in six sets: Set Spiro, Set HighQuality or HighSpeed up to 2 mm, Set ThinSheet up to 1.5 mm, and the Set Curves and Set CR.
