TruStore Series 3000

Choose between large format (3000 x 1500 mm) with 3000 kg loading weight per compartment or maxi format (4000 x 2000 mm) with 5000 kg loading weight per compartment.

Store material on pallet levels in three storage heights: 90, 170 or 260 mm high. Loading and unloading heights can be configured separately - to suit your production and the connected automation systems.

With this storage tower with pallet lift, you can choose from 16 height levels between 3.4 and 8.4 m.  The tower stores up to 37 large format or 24 maximum format pallets.

Expand the single-tower storage system with a 2nd storage tower for up to 38 additional large-format storage pallets or up to 25 additional maximum format storage pallets. The variable height of the tower can also be adjusted from approx. 3.4 to 8.4 m.

Load and unload your single tower directly at the pallet lift - with automatically folding support stamps and stops and access from one long side. This saves time and money thanks to integration and fast installation.

With a versatile cart, you can store and retrieve on the long side - suitable for both tower systems. The traverse path adapts to your premises and processes. If the cart is outside the tower, you have access to the pallets on all sides. Meanwhile, the pallet lift raises and lowers the material from the support stamps on the cart.

Store and retrieve with up to two front carriages - suitable for both tower systems. You can adapt the travel path and direction to your circumstances. If the cart is outside the tower, you have access to the pallets on all sides. The cart has a lifting table with support plungers that moves the material directly

Loading/unloading and sorting units such as LoadMaster, LiftMaster, LiftMaster Linear, SheetMaster or BendMaster can be connected to the warehouse using transport carts. Choose between single or dual carts and adapt the traverse paths to your premises. The automatic supply of materials increases productivity and machine runtime while reducing the number of personnel required. Optimize processes and buffer capacities with additional options.

Loading and unloading units such as LiftMaster Compact, LiftMaster Store or LiftMaster Store Linear can be connected alongside the storage tower. Direct access to storage pallets ensures minimum cycle times. In addition, you save space and personnel commitment and increase productivity and machine runtime.
The modular design of the automation and storage systems allows the cells to be expanded in stages at a later date - you remain flexible with a low investment risk.
You can also optimize your parts sorting with the optional PartMaster conveyor belt.

You can connect several machines to a TruStore Series 3000 warehouse - either directly via towers or indirectly via transport trolleys.
It is also possible to connect several machines to the automation variants LiftMaster Linear or LiftMaster Store Linear.

Customize your warehouse to your needs: Pallet bases prevent small parts from falling through, and storage cassettes allow you to work with several auxiliary machine pallets.
