Surgical instrument with UDI marking
TRUMPF solutions can be perfectly combined in medical technology. The surgical tweezers illustrated, which have been 3D-printed and have a UDI mark, are just one example. The Swiss M4M Center is an Additive Competence Center supporting companies to integrate the additive manufacturing of concept designs through to pilot production. The company uses TruPrint 2000 to produce parts made of stainless steel in a qualified production environment. Excellent print results and surface qualities of complex, filigree parts are guaranteed by the 300 W fiber laser with a beam diameter of 55 macrometers.
