1st Step: Solution Guide

For non-specific problems (without an error number or with a collective error number), our Solution Guides give you the option of specifying the problem and then arriving at several possible solutions. The specification is based on questions that build on each other and are illustrated by pictures, among other things.

2nd Step: Technical Guide

Once a specific problem is present - directly identified via the error number or specified in the Solution Guide, Technical Guides are shared to provide you with a concrete solution. With the help of clear pictures and texts, you will be guided step by step to the goal and will be able to solve the machine problem independently.

Contact TRUMPF's Technical Service using the Service app, via telephone or by email.

Describe the problem
You enter all displayed error codes and insights into the Service app or report them to us via telephone or email.

Rectifying / containing the malfunction
If a Solution Guide is available for this problem, you will receive it from us via the Service app or by email. Using the question/answer technique, you specify the problem yourself and receive possible solutions in the form of technical guides.

Advanced solution
If the problem cannot be solved via the suggested solutions, Technical Service from TRUMPF will provide you with further help as quickly as possible.

Invoicing
When purchasing the machine, enter into a service agreement for your machine at the same time. The Solution Guide is free of charge with the current service agreement. If you do not have a service agreement for your machine, the service case will be invoiced as usual.
