With the TruTool TSC 100, you can clean your slats quickly and effortlessly. This ensures reliable, high-quality production of laser-cut components. The slats do not need to be removed for cleaning. This is practical and saves you time. It takes approximately 30 minutes to clean an entire standard size pallet of 60 x 120 in.

Cleaning process

The slat is cleaned from bottom to top with an opening movement. The slag is scraped off with an even upward movement.

With the ability to clean slats multiple times, it is possible to save up to 75% of costs compared with regular slat replacement. Regular cleaning also extends the service life of the slats. This conserves resources and ensures sustainability at the same time.

Outstanding cleaning results

TruTool TSC 100 automatically adapts to different slag thicknesses of up to 25 mm and achieves optimal cleaning results for laser power < 10000 watts. The slats themselves are cleaned laterally and in the spaces between the teeth. Another plus point: You can insert the TruTool TSC 100 into any row of slats and clean them completely up to the edge of the pallet without removing them.

Intelligent monitoring system

An intelligent monitoring system ensures reliable and safe work processes. An integrated LED display informs you with fast, continuous flashing when the seal needs to be replaced. Thanks to the new seal function monitoring, the manual check at regular intervals is no longer necessary. The maintenance interval is automatically controlled with an electronic display. This saves you time and prevents possible damage to the tool that can occur if the seal is not checked and replaced at the specified maintenance interval

Cleaning tool

Choose between tool no. 2 for slat thicknesses of 2 mm – 2.9 mm and tool no. 3 for 3 mm – 3.9 mm. The tools impress with their long service life.
