Automated handling of thin sheets often results in scratches or dents in the material.  

Suction cups with inserts handle your thin sheets particularly gently. Among other things, integrated double lifting cylinders ensure this. TRUMPF's unique technology prevents dents and scratches when the parts are set down.

Manual sorting is laborious, time-consuming and physically demanding for the operating personnel. 

The PartMaster, the ergonomic sorting aid, combines several advantages. Firstly, it centers the sorting process and makes it ergonomic thanks to the adjustable sorting height. Secondly, it speeds up the process by up to 30%. Thirdly, special rubber bands make for low-scratch unloading. 

Cleaning slats is hard work and takes time, during which the pallet and in some cases the machine is out of action.  

Auxiliary pallet handling really comes into its own when processing stainless steel and thick sheets. It enables single-origin production without contact corrosion, cleaning and replacement of slats during production and safe removal of cut sheets together with the pallet while the machine continues production. This increases machine running time, process reliability and part quality. 

Thin sheets, especially oiled sheets, often stick together when they are peeled off the sheet stack. As a result, incorrect loads disrupt the process. 

In three steps, the ingenious mechanism for separating thin sheets avoids loading double sheets. Firstly, a fanning magnet supports the fanning of the topmost sheet on the raw material stack. Secondly, there is a compressed air blast from the air nozzle. Thirdly, a thin sheet peeler suction cup takes over the actual separation of the top sheet. 

Part quality plays a particularly important role for stainless steel parts. Scratches or contact corrosion can easily occur when unloading parts.

With its belt prongs, the unloading rake ensures that the parts are deposited gently. This is because it prevents relative movement between the good part and the rake arms - and thus scratches on the finished part. It also ensures precise unloading and prevents good parts from slipping under the scrap skeleton or finished panels from fanning out. 

Removing parts from the scrap skeleton is a time-consuming and laborious task.
